Responsibilities:
Facilitate
New Hire Orientation (NEO):
· Conduct in-person orientation
sessions for new employees.
· Ensure new hires receive
comprehensive information about company policies, culture, and expectations.
People Development Sessions:
· Design and deliver training sessions
focusing on soft skills development for frontline employees.
· Create engaging and interactive
learning experiences to enhance employee skills and performance.
Training Technology:
· Identify, understand, and utilize
appropriate training technology (e.g., MS Teams, MyLearning) to enhance the
effectiveness of learning sessions.
· Ensure that employees have access to
necessary training resources and materials.
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs):
· Collaborate with SMEs to develop
accurate and current training content.
· Incorporate industry best practices
and latest trends into training materials.
Compliance and Organizational Needs:
· Ensure that all training sessions
comply with learning objectives and organizational requirements.
· Evaluate training effectiveness and
make improvements as needed to meet organizational goals.
