Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: SAP CPI Consultant

Experience: 6-9 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Pune

JD:

Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI for SAP XI/PI/PO or Dell Boomi API Management.

·       Lead and participate in integration projects involving SuccessFactors modules, focusing on SF EC Time Management and other SF modules.

·       Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and integration flows.

·       Configure SAP CPI integration flows, mappings, and transformations to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.

·       Develop and maintain integration interfaces between SAP systems, SuccessFactors, and other external systems.

·       Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of SAP CPI integration scenarios.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.

·       Provide guidance and support to junior team members on SAP CPI best practices and methodologies.

·       Stay updated with SAP CPI capabilities, new releases, and industry best practices for integration.

·       Document integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications for future reference.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration, with specific expertise in SAP CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration).

·       Proven experience with at least one implementation using SAP HCI/CPI for integrating SAP XI/PI/PO or Dell Boomi API Management with SuccessFactors modules.

·       Strong understanding of SAP modules, especially SuccessFactors (SF), with a focus on SF Employee Central (EC) Time Management and other SF modules.

·       Proficiency in configuring and customizing integration scenarios, mappings, and transformations within SAP CPI.

·       Experience with SAP ABAP programming, IDoc processing, and RFC communication is a plus.

·       Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform services and tools (e.g., SAP API Management, SAP Integration Suite) is desirable.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·       SAP certification in integration technologies (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud Integration) is preferred.
