Investigate and diagnose the network complaints
of FWA Customers.
·
Identify, track and resolve the network issues
of the FWA Customers.
·
Working on FWA Network complaints ensuring that
the complaints attended without violating the SLA.
·
Alerting and monitoring with the monitoring
tools and escalate issues to the right stakeholder (Circle Network Team, HDO
Team, Quality Team, Operation or Planning/Deployment Team)
·
Drive resolution for Level 1 issues (Online
Checks) and work with other Team for other Levels (Circle Quality Team, HDO
Team, Project/Planning Teams)
·
Provide the correct closure to customers over
their issue in FWA with enduring solutions with help of cross-functional teams.
·
Mode of Resolution through Internal system,
through emails, chat, voice support.

multiple channels
