Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Senior Application Development Engineer-UX/UI

Experience: 5-8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

·       Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock up using tools like Sketch and In Vision.

·       Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code using React/Redux UI framework.

·       Conduct research and deconstruct our users digital interactions and habits.

·       Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.

·       Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.

·       Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

·       Documenting application changes and developing updates

·       Reviewing application requirements and interface designs

·       Should have used source code repositories like Git and Bitbucket

·       Should have used tools like Jira for Agile based project execution

 

Skills

·       5  years experience as a front-end developer. Expertise in React / Redux UI framework is mandatory

·       3+ years experience as a UI/UX designer.

·       3+ years' of experience in native mobile languages as swift and android programming (1 position)

·       3+ years' experience in Hybrid mobile languages like React Native and/or Xamarin (1 position)

·       Should have led / mentored at least 1 to 2-member team

·       A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).

·       Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages and CSS pre-processor tools.

·       Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.

·       Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using tools like Sketch, In-Vision, Axure, etc.

·       Proficiency in using Figma Tool.

·       Proficiency using Git version control.

·       Proficiency using the command line.

·       UI Unit testing frameworks Qunit/Jasmine

·       Proficient in Agile methodology and using Jira like tools

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Experience in working fast paced dynamic work environment facing senior executives and external clients

·       Ability to resolve complex problems with cost effective and innovative solutions

·       Willingness to learn new technologies as the market evolves
