Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes,
including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
· Maintain hardware asset inventory, track usage, and
ensure proper asset management practices.
· Handle billing processes, including vendor
invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
· Ensure GST compliance and manage rebate programs to
maximize cost savings.
· Coordinate with the finance team for budgeting,
forecasting, and financial analysis related to procurement activities.
· Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable
terms, resolve issues, and maintain vendor relationships.
· Develop and implement procurement policies,
procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
· Prepare and analyze procurement reports, metrics,
and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Must-have Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably
in IT procurement or related areas.
· Knowledge of hardware assets management, billing
processes, GST regulations, and invoicing practices.
· Familiarity with rebate management, cost analysis,
and financial reporting.
· Strong coordination and communication skills to
work effectively with the finance team and vendors.
· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make
data-driven decisions.
· Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems,
and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and
multitasking abilities.
