ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for performing system
analysis and providing technical support for Shop Floor Execution Camstar
application.
· Efficient knowledge on SQL, AWS
Cloud Microsoft 2016 servers.
· Deep technical proficiency in SQL
database management
· Expertise in database design
· Understanding of structured query
language (SQL). Executing scripts.
· Interact with various application
teams interfacing with A+ to resolve file transfers between the two systems.
· Effective communication and
collaboration while often working with cross-functional teams
· Experience with performance tuning,
disaster recovery, and data backup procedures to ensure data integrity and
availability.
· Understanding of networking and data
security principles
· Must possess sharp analytical
thinking to diagnose and resolve complex database issues
· Understanding the underlying system
architecture is crucial which includes knowledge of hardware, storage systems,
and networking as they relate to database performance and scalability.
· Involve in root cause analysis for
incidents or problems.
· Perform impact analysis, debugging,
coding, and testing as per change requests.
· Supporting daily issues, using
ServiceNow application to create/update incident tickets, problem tickets and
write knowledge article for the root cause of the issue.
· Perform coding, maintenance,
implementation, production support and testing.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and
develop ways to improve applications.
· Involve in monitoring the jobs and
fix if any job failure occurs in production.
· Involve in the query preparation,
data extraction using STRSQL and WRKQRY.
· Post-Implementation support for
change request.
· Optimizing and enhancing existing
application to improve performance and functionality.
· Conduct meeting with the
business/end user for requirements/clarification of a request.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Good experience with SQL and Visual
Studio
· System application administrator
experience related to SFE
· Strong understanding of database
structure and practices
DESIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A bachelor degree in Information
Technology or related field is desired
· Microsoft SQL certification
· Strong understanding of database
structure and practices
