Requirements
· Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy
and Helix ITSM Suite
· Experience of BMC Remedy upgrades
(BMC Remedy to BMC Helix upgrade is required)
· Install, Configure, Develop,
Integrate BMC Remedy ITSM suite.
· Out-of-the box and third-party
integration with BMC Remedy tools, web services and APIs
· Remedy Workflow customizations
· Good experience of configuration and
customization of overall ITSM suite including:
· Incident Management
· Problem Management
· Change Management
· Knowledge Management
· Service Request Management
· Asset Management
· Service Level Management
· Good experience of working on CMDB
· Should have experience in performing
data analysis, data migration using Helix data manager and importing/exporting
data in the platform.
· Must demonstrate experience across
all phases of full system development life cycle and subsequent maintenance
activities.
· Functional knowledge of Reporting
Tools (Business objects) would be added advantage.
