Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Catalog Specialist

Experience: 1-3 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

·       Audit Execution: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform manual audits of catalog data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards.

·       Exception Resolution: Identify outliers and exceptions during audits and take proactive measures to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with relevant teams to address data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

·       Pattern Identification: Analyze audit findings to identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues. Contribute insights and suggestions for process and program improvements to enhance catalog quality and efficiency.

·       Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives by providing feedback, implementing best practices, and recommending enhancements to SOPs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize catalog management processes.

·       Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely and accurate responses to stakeholders' inquiries, requests, and tasks related to catalog management. Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure alignment with SOPs and project timelines.

·       Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of audit activities, findings, resolutions, and improvement suggestions. Generate reports and metrics to track audit performance, data quality, and process efficiency.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

·       1-3 years of experience in catalog management, data auditing, or similar roles.

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify data discrepancies and patterns.

·       Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance processes.

·       Proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel, and database management systems.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·       Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.

·       Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience with e-commerce platforms or catalog management software is a plus.
