Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: UA Developer

Experience: 4-10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore


General skill set / prerequisites:

·       Excellent English writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.

·       Experience in writing technical documentation and copywriting for UI texts.

·       Experience in UX writing and the people-centric approach.

·       Data-driven mindset and strong understanding of user-centered design and writing principles.

·       Experience in creating multimedia content, such as videos, GIFs and Guided Tours.

·       Very good communication and collaboration skills.

·       Knowledge about SAPs DITA CCMS (SAP trainings available).

·       Basic knowledge in Figma and Jira is optional.


·       Write UI copy, in-product help content and technical documentation for SAP Build Process Automation, aimed at users with no or low technical understanding (Citizen Developers).

·       Write and/ or provide support with writing tutorials, SAP Notes and similar.

·       Produce engaging multimedia content, including videos and Guided Tours.

·       Collaborate with UA colleagues, user researchers, UX designers and product managers to find and address user pain points.

·       Ensure documentation accessibility and inclusivity.

·       Actively seek and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

·       Stay updated on industry best practices.
