Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Technical Support

Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide technical support to international customers via phone, email, and chat.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

·       Assist customers with setup, configuration, and maintenance of their hardware and software.

·       Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

·       Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

·       Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

·       Diagnose technical problems by analyzing customer reports and asking probing questions.

·       Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical issues.

·       Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed.
