Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Service Delivery Engineer

Experience: 8-9 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore


Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide database technical support (24X7 support)

·       Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems.

·       Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

·       Monitor routine database backups and recovery procedures.

·       Collaborate with the senior database administration team for any escalations.

·       Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for database-related issues.

·       Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database administration.


·       Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Familiarity with database management systems such as Db2, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

·       Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Prior experience in a technical support or IT role is preferred but not required.
