Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: SAP Customer Service

Experience: 3-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore



·       Implement and configure SAP Customer Service Contract Management functionalities for managing service contracts, agreements, and SLAs.

·       Define contract templates, pricing structures, renewal processes, and service level terms within SAP CS module.

·       Design and manage the business solution portfolio within SAP Customer Service to align with customer needs and business objectives.

·       Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to enhance the service portfolio.

·       Configure SAP Service Order Management for creating, processing, and tracking service orders, work orders, and service requests.

·       Define service workflows, assign resources, schedule tasks, and monitor order status and progress.

·       Implement SAP Service Request Management functionalities for handling customer service requests, inquiries, and complaints.

·       Develop service request workflows, automate escalations, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

·       Configure SAP Service Billing module for invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition related to service contracts, orders, and activities.

·       Integrate billing processes with financial systems, tax calculations, and payment gateways.

·       Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through SAP Customer Service functionalities such as customer portals, self-service options, and communication channels.

·       Analyze customer feedback, conduct surveys, and implement improvements based on customer insights.
